Dmitry Malyukevich Appointed Partner in Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration

Dmitry joined the firm over three years ago as Counsel. Since then, he has been crucial in delivering a series of comprehensive, precedent-setting projects. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional competence in managing complex cross-border disputes and representing client interests before major international arbitral institutions.

Prior to joining Nikolskaya, Dmitry built a distinguished career at a leading international law firm and held a senior leadership role at a prominent Russian firm. This background has provided him with deep, diverse experience in litigation, administrative proceedings, and arbitration under Russian law, both domestically and abroad. His practice covers local disputes and large-scale international arbitration.

An alumnus of Russia’s premier legal institutions—the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and the Russian School of Private Law (RSPL)—Dmitry's professional excellence is consistently recognized by Pravo-300. He is ranked in several key categories, including Commercial Litigation (High Market), International Litigation, International Arbitration, and General Litigation.
