Evgeny Yuriev, Partner in the Corporate Practice, took part in the BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum 2025

From 12 to 14 November 2025 Dubai hosted the BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum 2025, which this year took place within the framework of Dubai Arbitration Week. Evgeny Yuriev, Partner in the Corporate Practice at Nikolskaya Consulting, participated as a speaker in one of the sessions at the event.

Evgeny Yuriev presented on key trends in Russian M&A activity. In his speech, he shared some of the crucial tendencies that are currently shaping the mergers and acquisitions market in Russia.

The conference gathered experts and practitioners from BRICS countries and other regions, creating an excellent platform for sharing experience and establishing new contacts.
